1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Claw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claw provides an AI-powered business assistant that connects to third-party business tools and enables natural language interactions. The Service is powered by OpenClaw running on Cloudflare infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

The Service is designed for UK small businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
  • One business per account unless on a Business plan

5. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Free tier: Limited features at no cost
  • Pro tier: £29/month, billed monthly in GBP
  • Business tier: £79/month, billed monthly in GBP
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with UK consumer law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to overload the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, etc.) via their official APIs. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from these services. Your use of integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms.

8. AI Disclaimer

The AI assistant provides information and performs actions based on your instructions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You should verify important business decisions independently. Write operations (creating invoices, etc.) require your explicit confirmation.

9. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Claw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
